Noah Beck on Becoming the Fittest Guy on Tiktok!!! Shocking Facts

Noah Beck, the star of TikTok, talks about how his football career helped him fall in love with leg day, why he doesn’t drink alcohol, and why he no longer does intermittent fasting.

One of the most well-known people on social media is Noah Beck. His breakthrough came in 2020 when he started using TikTok during the lockdown. His humorous videos, in which he does stunts, dances, and things that are easy to do every day, went viral. The ultra-handsome, tousled-haired social professional now has 33.7 million followers on the platform and 2.3 billion likes.

However, Beck, then 21 years old, did not always aspire to be one of the most lucrative social media personalities in the world. Beck had initially played for the SC del Sol club soccer team in Phoenix before becoming team captain in the US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program from 2014 to 2017. Prior to the pandemic, he had spent the majority of his childhood pursuing a career in football.

After that, Beck became a midfielder for the Portland Pilots on a scholarship at Portland University. However, this career ended when Portland was forced into an unexpected lockdown two years ago. As the most in-demand Gen Z star, he has recently switched from football to plane hopping, despite still playing occasional kickabout.

He naturally incorporates fitness into everything he does. He has a strict workout routine today, which he says only hinders him and makes him “sloppy when he’s traveling the world,” but he makes it “work nonetheless.”He has changed what he wants to accomplish with his body now that his football career is on hold, though he hopes it will soon resume.

He laughs over Zoom from his Los Angeles residence, “I’ve become more engrossed in the fashion world with my social media boom, and I want to fit into my clothes.”In the past, I focused on being the biggest guy in the gym; now, I focus on being super lean and working out because it makes me feel good. Noah Beck shares with us his top fitness takeaways in this article.

Playing football

The sport’s ability to unite people is my favorite aspect. the common language. It is amazing to me how it can go from being the most competitive thing to being the classiest example of sportsmanship.

All in all, it’s a fun and healthy activity that only requires a ball. Additionally, it has amazing benefits for muscle toning and cardiovascular health. You may have different body types depending on your position, but in general, everyone is in great shape.

“All I wanted to do as a kid was play soccer professionally. At the time, that was somewhat uncommon in the United States. I wanted to play soccer, whereas all of my friends wanted to play professional American football, basketball, or even baseball.

Since I was three years old, I’ve always wanted to play for Manchester United in the Premier League. I will say that the sport has grown in popularity in the United States over time, which has greatly increased competition.

Since I was recently named Major League Soccer’s first “Social Playmaker,” it’s been a little surreal to be able to raise awareness of the league among young people and inspire the next generation of MLS players.

The following is a piece of advice I would give to any child who wants to be a professional soccer player: Play it safe because you never know who will be watching.’I remember this from when I was a kid. Always play like someone is watching, whether you’re playing in a national final or going to a local park to kick the ball around.

Bulking

“Unless I’m playing a superhero, I won’t ever bulk again in my life. I have a really good way of holding on to muscle, so I can easily bulk up, but I want to keep my figure leaner.  I want to remain flexible in my core and agile, but when you bulk up, that disappears.

Working out

“I advise my team not to contact me before 9 a.m. because I work out before that time.I go to a nearby community gym in the morning. My friend Deon Hinton sent me a training split for six days a week.

Push, or chest, shoulders, and triceps, is the first day. The second day is pull-back and biceps. I work on my legs on day three, chest and shoulders on day four, back on day five, and arms exercises like bicep curls on day six.

“On day seven, I was supposed to rest, but I get bored, so I play a sport. I generally find that regardless of whether I’ve worked out, I actually have energy later on in the day so will rehash some type of activity. In any event, when I’m on the Xbox I will cause myself to do so many press-ups each time I kick the bucket.

On any given day, I’ll jump rope in between sets. I love it because it’s a way to cheat on losing weight. I use a treadmill with an incline as high as it will go and a speed of three before each workout to burn 100 calories in just over 10 minutes. That is a total victory!

Diet

“This varies because I travel so much. I sometimes fall behind because I always want to try new things. But because things aren’t processed as much as they are in the United States, it’s not as bad in Europe or elsewhere.

I used to keep a calorie log, but I realized I didn’t really need to because I ate the same things every day. I consume between 2000 and 2500 calories per day, which is not much for someone who works out so much.

People say to me, “You must get bored of eating like a dog,” but my diet doesn’t bother me. I typically combine white rice with salmon or steak with a variety of sauces. I like how well it works for me.

I adore teppanyaki or hibachi cuisine, which is also healthy, so if you’re trying to lose weight, I recommend it. I go to Robek’s Juice in the morning and get this banana, peanut butter, and chia seed toast. It’s amazing and really gives me energy.

I don’t really crave savory food—I don’t really like burgers or pasta—but I do have a huge sweet tooth, which can make it hard to lose weight. It will be extremely difficult for me to resist eating a chocolate dessert if you present it to me.
