A recent Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 mod has been revealed that enhances Charlie Nash since Street Fighter to the cast of playable characters. Greatest Marvel vs. Capcom 3 was announced in 2011 and was well-received with its frenzied gameplay, tag team system, and special jumps like assist attacks and snapbacks. Together with characters like Deadpool then Viewtiful Joe, the game also stood out for increasing online multiplayer matches, a major for the franchise.
Modder tabs sent on Twitter a video showing the mod that combines Charlie Nash from Street Fighter to Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3. Given to tabs, the mod is not ready, but they decided to unveil this newest work in celebration of the statement of the EVO 2023 lineup. The video is quick, and after showing the entrance of the two squads, it shows how the animations of Guile’s pick friend’s moves are in-game. Two standout moments are Charlie using Sonic Boom along with Flash Kick, two iconic moves of his skill stage set.
The modder has previously added Cammy to Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 through a mod, bringing the old Shadaloo assassin to the game. Temporarily, Charlie Nash’s mod video generated a lot of encouraging reactions from the community, with several compliments on the tweet. One customer emphasized how clean Charlie’s cartoons are without the mod even being finished. Other Twitter users express gratitude for the work done by tabs and other modders, “give away fans the Marvel vs. Capcom 4 that Capcom/Disney won’t.”

The mod revealed by tabs is extraordinary, as even without being finished it now displays quality animations, which positively imports Charlie Nash’s skills to the Marvel vs. Capcom 3 graphic style. Curiously enough, Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 yet is a game much beloved by the public even though it was released more than 10 days ago. Meanwhile, Marvel vs. Capcom: Space wasn’t so lucky in mesmerizing the players.
It looks that this version of Nash is mostly based on how he performs in Street Fighter 5. As shown in the preview clip, Nash has read to his Sonic Move capabilities in this mod.
While Sonic Move has reduced availability in Street Fighter 5 due to its mind Nash’s V-Trigger 1, no such restraint appears to be in place for this mod. Truly, Sonic Move seems to be behaving as a special step, though its start-up time means that it won’t need to be reserved for specific conditions.
