It has been one and a half year since EA first launched Battlefield 1 to the masses. The dedication and hard work had finally made its way onto PCs and consoles. Their goal of launching Battlefield 1 with full stability had proved to be a breeze for EA, and since then, EA has been coming up with new DLCs every now and then to keep the attention of its players.
Eighteen months into its release, EA has finally decided to start offering their DLCs for free. This means that owners of Battlefield 1 on PC would be able to enjoy their fourth DLC for Battlefield 1, called They Shall Not Pass, for free. This also means that if you redeem the DLC within the next two weeks, the DLC is for you to keep, period.
The ‘They Shall Not Pass’ DLC not only included the French conflict, but also added a new game mode called ‘Frontlines’ and six new maps into the mix. This in itself proved to be an excellent DLC release when it launched last year.
Now that it’s free, this is a great chance for Battlefield 1 players to hop onto their PCs and redeem the offer.
