Sony just announced their two new consoles at their PlayStation Meeting held on the 7th of this month. Sony’s event brought subtle yet good changes to the PlayStation atmosphere by officially unveiling the PlayStation 4 Slim and the Pro, which was first ought to be called “Neo”.
Sony’s unveil of the PlayStation rather went under the hood as the “Pro” is what many gamers are actually looking for. At the event, Sony unveiled the rather aggressive pricing for both these consoles, with the PlayStation 4 Pro coming with a price tag of $399 in the US.
While our Western natives are able to get their hands on the Pro first with a fixed release date, Malaysians have’t received much information about the pricing strategy for Malaysians here. However, recently, pre-orders for the PlayStation 4 Pro have gone live on Lazada Malaysia indicating a price tag of RM1799 with TBA release date which leaves us face-down waiting for an official word from Sony Malaysia.
