Today, The folks over at Treyarch have highlighted that they’ve partnered with Sony to bring content early exclusively for the PlayStation 4. In addition to that, the folks over at Treyarch have also announced that they would be releasing a few PlayStation 4 consoles bundled with COD: Black Ops 4 in certain regions.
Players who get a whole of the game in time would have access to the game’s additional content before it arrives on the Xbox One family of consoles and the PC. Players who own the game on the PlayStation 4 would be able to get access to a few new maps, specialists as well as a few seasonal events as a head start.
Following the launch of the game, players would get regular updates that would feature new Blackout modes, events and a few specialists down the line. In addition to that, a month into its launch, players could expect to see Nuketown making a re-entry into the scene, allowing players to have access to their all-time favorite with Black Ops 4.
The three bundles bundling Call of Duty Black Ops 4 are the PlayStation 4 Pro, the PlayStation 4 1TB and the PlayStation 4 500GB.
Black Ops 4 is set to be the biggest game for the franchise in a while. COD: Black Ops 4 is said to bring massive changes to the Black Ops franchise. Not only does the game lack a single-player campaign, but this would be the first time the folks over at Treyarch would be able to give their take on the new Battle Royale genre that has been exploding ever since PUBG came along.
The entire premise of the game is revolving around multiplayer gameplay and should be flourished with a number of updates down the line ensuring that the game remains fresh a year into its launch.
Call of Duty Black Ops 4 is slated to launch on the October 12th on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.
