Epic has just dropped the bomb in a recent announcement. Epic has announced “Fortnite Creative”.
So basically, players would be able to get their own private island with the announcement of Season 7. Season 7 Fortnite Battle Pass owners would be able to invite their friends and would be able to design their own island from scratch.
Unlike Playgrounds, not only would players be able to get a thrust of fresh air with new islands and maps, but players would also be able to save them for a future date. In addition to that, the new mode would be a completely new mode separate from the Battle Royale and Save The World mode.
Early access for the new Fortnite mode comes later this week along with the launch for Fortnite Season 7. However, Early access to the new beta is only open for folks who get the Season 7 Battle Pass as soon as it releases until December the 13th. Following that, Epic would finally allow other players to join in on the fun.
How big this custom island would be is yet to be seen. However, it definitely seems promisingly large based on the footage they’ve just shown off on their official YouTube channel.
Players would be able to save five islands at a time and would be able to join their friends in their islands whenever you plan to do so.
Based on a number of videos shown off by some privileged content creators, Fortnite’s new Creative mode would allow users to design their islands based on tiles and would also be able to install pre-design structures with ease.
This definitely seems to be an incredible addition to Fortnite and would definitely see users dying for the new mode over the Playgrounds mode.
