Krystal Ball (born November 24, 1981) is an American political critic and media host. She was beforehand a political candidate, as well as a television swarm at MSNBC, a regular donor to The Huffington Post, and a co-host of The Hill’s Rising along with Saagar Enjeti.In May 2021, Ball and Eneeti proclaimed that they were leaving the show to release their self-governing project titled Breaking Points with Krystal and Saagar.

The designation Krystal came from her father, a physicist who inscribed his dissertation on crystals. She has two older sisters, Holly then Heidi.
Ball progressed from King George High School in King George, Virginia, and formerly attended Clemson University for one year before moving to the University of Virginia, where she received a bachelor’s grade in economics.
